How does the process work?
1. Consultation
Let's get together and dive into your vision! We'll schedule a fun and relaxed 30-minute to 1-hour chat to really nail down what you're looking for and make sure you're excited about the services I offer.
2. Sign Contract
Let's make it official, once we've hit it off and you're ready to rock, all I'll need is a signed contract and a 25% deposit to secure your session. (See contract for full payment due date)
3. The Big Day
It's time to celebrate! Sit back, relax, and soak in every moment of your special day while I work my magic capturing your memories.
4. Oh the waiting!!!!
Processing typically takes 1 to 4 weeks, so your patience is greatly appreciated. Once they're ready, I'll send you a link where you can view and download your images.
Tips
- Always allow for extra time and show early, don't come feeling rushed. Free-flowing sessions are more fun and produce better memories.
- Never assume anything; communicate and ask questions. I understand being in front of a camera is not natural for everyone. I encourage you to express your thoughts and not wait until the session ends. What's important to some might not be important to others.

- I will happily explain what to expect and how you can be prepared. My goal is to put you at ease for a fun session.
- If young children are involved, we only have about 10-15 mins for the "look at the camera smile" shot.
- Utilize the most important posing during the first 15 mins.
- Bring treats, and toys, and expect images that come naturally for the remaining session.
- Don't feel embarrassed; just come positive and energetic.

FAQ
Do I (the client) own the digital photos?
As long as you are not profiting from the images, you can make prints/albums, give them to family/friends, place them on Social media, etc...
How long will it take to get my photos?
1-4 weeks is average. Depends on the length of the session and when the final payment has been processed.
Is there a retainer fee to hold the session?
Yes, when the contract is ready to be signed, there will be a 25% retainer fee to hold the session. Full payment is required 30 days before a wedding and 14 days before any other session.
If I cancel before the event, can I get a refund?
Outside an "Act of God"; once the retainer is paid it's non-refundable. Any additional payments made will be refunded a percentage back based on the date of cancellation. Less than 7 days, no refund!
What file format will I get my photos?
You will receive large JPG. files unless discussed before the session.
How many digital images will I receive?
This all depends on time. Estimated guess, expect 40-60 images an hour or more.
